Leader of the Culinary Team at Westbury House on the Square, Chef Jessica Rodriguez, has already cooked her way through over 14 years in the culinary industry. A graduate of The Art Institute of Nashville, Chef Jess earned her degree in Culinary Arts and Business Management. She has worked in many facets of the industry, ranging from high volume corporate settings to the most intimate of events. Her passion for food, from preparation to presentation, has driven her to success in any setting. She, along with her team, strives to provide only the highest quality of service. Chef Jess believes that mastering the basics and executing them well is the foundation to any culinary career. Being a great chef is not about big words or fancy ingredients, it’s about knowing how to prepare and present quality food.
